At Luu Travels & Logistics, we believe in transparent and fair pricing. Below is a detailed breakdown of our pricing structure.
1. Base Fare
- Rate per Kilometer: R2.11 per km
- Minimum Fare: R50.00 per trip
- Distance Calculation: Distance is calculated using the actual driving route (not straight-line distance) via OpenRouteService.
- Fare Formula: Distance (km) × R2.11 × Number of Passengers
📏 Distance Calculation: We use real driving routes to calculate distance, ensuring accurate and fair pricing. The route is calculated using OpenRouteService, which provides actual road distance.

3. Payment Methods
- Card Payments: Processed securely through Paystack. Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
- Cash Payments: Pay the driver directly in cash. Please have the exact amount ready.
- EFT Payments: Available for corporate clients (contact us for details).
- Wallet Credits: Use credits from previous refunds to pay for bookings.
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).
💳 Secure Payments: All card payments are processed through Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
